weird just what i was looking for on ebay 10 minutes ago............i intend to leave my 90 iroc 350tpi as is but got a 74vette ive been wanting to convert.......i need to research how a 305 would act on a 350 w/430hp. send me a pm with a realistic price of what you want for it....

Other than injectors, PROM, knock sensor, and one other thing that I can't recall that is ignition related I think, yes they are the same.
