low voltage stalling?

i have searched and read. theres no answer to the problem. heres my problems. cold start idle search ,wants to stall while backing up coming to a stop ac on or off , voltage gauge will drop almost to red somtimes runs the same either way at 13 or 8 volts, parts ive changed alternator, cap , rotor , plugs, injectors, tps, iac, 02 sensor, pick up coil, plug wires, battery, did the big 3 from innovative wiring, coolant temp sensor, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, fuel diaphram, took out wire harness went through every wire looked fine, adjusted timing tps iac fuel pressure, still wont run right there is a slight stumble at idle. feels like theres no power wont burn out at all. 1989 305 tpi. hypertech fan switch installed. also weird both fans come on at same time. checked for vaccum leaks. im stumped and am about to burn the car. please help?
