And even if you had a chip burned for the larger injectors the stock motor cant use as much fuel as the 27# injectors can supply in to the motor.

My motor in a mild build with 24# injrctors works fine thats a 353 H/P motor at 4500 Rpm's and 460 TQ at 2500 RPM and set to rev up to 5200 RPM's, It could rev higher but it has a 1100 to 5200 type cam in it.

Next reason My motor not set up to rev is the TPI intake system not a high reving set up they say you can get it to work 5500 to 5800 RPM's but why for everyday street car how offen are you going to be able to wind it that high.
Why do you have the idea I have a stock motor? Any why do you have the idea this is an everyday street car?

Here a link for the 24# injectors I have In my Vett.

http://www.corvetteinjectors.com/sho...?productid=273

Like I said the first set 22# injectors were yellow this set this new upgraded set are black.

I like the Yellow look better but with the hood down who cares what color the injectors are, LOL.

Nothing to crazy.

10:1 compression
TFS Heads
ZZ4 cam
Edelbrock manifold
AS&M runners
TPIS throttle body

I use the car for tracks days. So it does see a decent portion of time right around redline.

For what its worth I had Bosch III with the adapters on bottom from south bay which leaked with my Edlebrock intake. Switched to regular bosch III injectors and they sat a little lower (easier to plug in the connectors) and didnt leak. Sothbay sent the stock style right away (recieved them the next day). Couldnt be more happy with their customer support and super fast attention to correct this issue. Would definately use them again.

Re: Anyone have problems running Bosch III injectors with Edelbrock manifold?

Just saw this post. The adapters were designed to be used with stock setups only because the bosch lll injectors are shorter than stock. It is written on every one of our ads to call us if you have an aftermarket intake as it is not necessary to use the adapters. As a matter of fact they will sit too high into the fuel rail with them.....which can cause them to leak from the rail.
Give us a call....we can exchange them...or some people just shim up the rail.
