Hey guys, I'm refurbishing our stock upper and lower intake manifolds. I bet it is a long shot, but does anyone know all the threads and thread pitches for most of the vacuum and/or sensor ports? I don't even have the hardware for the bolting the runners to both manifolds. 20 years of corrosion has done a decent toll to the aluminum intake. I wanted to chase all the threads for easy future service. I was a little weary since I don't know if any of them are a mechanical pipe (tapered) thread? I'm missing some of the screw in ports on the upper manifold so that's why buying the right taps would be hard since I have no external threads to measure. If anyone has any input I'd greatly appreciate it....

Since threads are boring without pics, enjoy! Powdercoated gloss black, bored out runners to gasket match to the SLP siamesed runners. Which brings up another question, I don't understand why SLP only siamesed one pair of runners instead both of pairs? Runners and upper plenum are going to be polished (only completed one runner so far, hats off to you guys that have gone through it, good amount of work). I think I'm going to add some black back into the groves of the upper plenum to tie it back into the motor nicely. Valve covers are up in the air right now. Maybe bare aluminum or a carbon fiber wrapped.

 

The three on the front are 3/8 NPT, I think the port used on the side for the PCV is the same. (it is)

The plenum are all 1/4 NPT except the IAT which is 3/8 NPT.
