Heater Core 3/4-5/8

I have seen lots of threads on this but nothing to answer the question I have. Yes the heater core has a 5/8 Inl and 3/4 Otlt fitting. I need a molded hose that goes from a 3/4 to 5/8 do they make one? This is going from the heater core to the pipe on fender which goes to the radiator. Any ideas or suggestions? Looking at this link and the #1 hose that is at a 90 going into the pipe...The outlet off the heater core is 3/4 which goes into the pipe that is 5/8.

Ok don't think that is correct does not even tell me the hose size and when zoomed in on photo looks like a 5/8 to 5/8....I need the 3/4 to 5/8...This is the one I found on summit.
