Are there differences in lengths from say the 85-88 and 89-92s? And are there some with the wrap around or are they just the little push through the hole type (on the throttle body)? I just want to know so when I go to the pick n pull it does or doesn't have to be a 90-92.

 

Cables interchange but must match the year of TB you are using ; not the car year

Thanks vetteoz! I figured out my TB is an 85-88 version so I might try to trade it for a 89-92. Just one more thing for the emissions cops to nail me on. I figured out by the date code on the engine block that the engine is from an 88, but I was hoping the TB would have been different.
