tbi to tpi
This may sound stupid, but at this point i dont care. I have 92 rs tbi 5 speed i rebuilt a 355 tpi motor and put it in the car and since have had nothing but loom issues. I just bought a harness for 91, 92 t/a, camaro w/ 305 tpi and 5 speed should i be worried about this harness not sinking w/ gauges, acc. or whatever cause the last harness was all wrong and come tofind out belong to 88 tpi iroc so nothing went right. any help or opinion on matter is welcomed.

Where the harness connects to the d-side firewall C-100 and under p-side dash C-207 some wires are routed differently through the years and models.
You will have to make change necessary to work with your cars wiring.
Also the alternator, ac compressor, evap can and maybe other things as well, are on different sides for some years as well so you might have to re route those things.
The 90-92 harness is speed density so if you currently have an 88 iroc harness (MAF) you will need a sd ECM and mem-cal for it.
I can't think of any thing else right now so maybe some others will chime in.

Re: tbi to tpi
i went out and bought a whole s/d tpi setup to go w/ the car because it is a 92, so that being said the tpi setup is 92 the comp. is 92 and the wire harness is 91,92 tpi harness. i would thing it all mates up but there are some wires that plug into the fuse panel seem to be alittle diff. bad thing is i have a completetpi setup, harness, and comp. for 87, 88 iroc that is of no use to me at all.

The parts you don't need can be sold on ebay or the classified section on this site.
Then you can buy more go-fast parts for your 92.
