I have an 87 Iroc with a tpi 305 with the 700r4 tranny and I was wondering if high flow intake runners and a larger throttle body would be worth the money. I also plan on putting a performance chip in it and don't know where I should get it or what type of chip I should get. I already have roller rockers, headers, and 3.73 gears with posi. If you have better ideas to get the most out of the motor on a budget I would appreciate the help.

did you do the 160 degree stat and 166 to 177 fan switch. I did it o mine and got rid of the power loss at full temp my temp guage now stay below 1/4 way it traffic with a/c going
