This is the engine with everything but the AFR 180 CC Street Heads, TPIS ZZ409 Camshaft, COMP Cams High Energy Hydraulic Lifters, COMP Cams Ultra Pro Magnum Roller Rockers...

The Car is currently at Cottrell & Sons Motorsports recieving the above mentioned parts along with a Timing Chain and Timing Chain Cover.

The CSR Electric Water Pump has since been put in.
Tuff Stuff Performance 140 Amp Alternator is sitting at home.

Re: Expectations...

Well I attempted to participate in the Dyno Day Event on Nov. 19th 2011. I was unable to Dyno due to no Connection/Communication between my vehicle and the computer used for tuning. Quite unfortunate due to the fact that I had to tow my car in...

.. Have you read through the 'Performance Prom' 'sticky' above for beginners? It will help you understand your system... you don't have to understand everything at first, just read quickly/skim through it to get the big picture... The Super Rod 'sticky' above compares various TPI/EFI intake systems.

.. A couple more fascinating and informative EFI/TPI articles:

Re: Expectations...

Needs a Formal Street/Dyno Tune, I'm putting the Alternator on slowly but surely. Needs wiring for the Alternator. I discovered the flexplate has a couple Bad Teeth, so that might be a setback...

The Front Strut Brace and LCARB have not been installed...

I'd really like to run it once it's running....

Re: Expectations...

only tuner locally is kevin, you should pick up some tuning gear, start with a close enough bin from moates and try and tweak from there.

Re: Expectations...

The battery was relocated to the Spare Tire location, in the trunk. The cable that connects to the starter needs to be replaced. Unfortunately it it's really thick and runs all the way to the back to the battery. The three wire plug that connects to the Alternaror needs to be extended as the Alternator now sits on the Passenger's side as opposed to the stock location which was on the driver's side. There's also a couple of loose Cables that need to be addressed...

Re: Expectations...

Okay, I finally gave in, Street Tune on Sat, June 23rd with Kevin Lorentzen.

I have a chip from TPIS that I will save for the next Dyno Day, for comparison.

Should be interesting...
