ok i doing a tpi swap in to my v6 camaro bur i got a ? why do lt1s have that odd lt1 sound and can u make a tpi motor sound like that ?
and do i need to use v8 springs in the front

I've been around a few LT1 cars some bone stock some no where near. Can't say i've noticed that they make a sounds thats unique.

well lt1's are reversed cooled meaning they cool the heads first then the block.... plus it has more compression and slightly bigger cam i guess... but really its just the exhaust giving it the sound...
