Rocker arms: alum Full rollers for a DD??
So I have officially decided to finally cam and head my car. I have decided to go with the TPIS ZZ9 cam and a set of AFR 180 heads for my 350 TPI (Edelbrock base and runners and headers). I will probably reuse the lifters and rods cuz they are relatively low mileage. I will replace the rocker arms so the question is:
Which ones should i go with for a reliable daily driver? I dont want to have to do this again.
full roller?
Roller Tip?
aluminum, steel?
1.5:1 or 1.6:1? I don't want to stagger (1.5exhaust and 1.6intake) them because the ZZ9 is already split lift and duration.
I will tune it afterwords, and im looking to spend no more than $270. Scorpion had some appealing offers, and they are made in the USA so they cant be that bad! Hopefully i will be able to get this done this summer.
