Iroc-z Dies while driving on the Highway(HELP)
I have a 1987 Camaro iroc with a 350 5speed with around 63K on the motor...if i drive around town to the store or friends house it drives perfect but as soon as i get on the highway and go abt 20miles down the Highway the car always dies out of no where but will start right back up 30 to 1hour later and drive fine again untill i get back on the highway...the battery is new along with starter..first it starts chuggin and shakin and then dies..it just cranks over like it ran out of gas...thinkin that the fuel pump gets to hot and cuts off untill it cools down...

module has alot to do with injectors, try ohming out your injectors when hot? i had a similar issue that turned out to be injectors one time then my maf the next. my modules have given me heat related problems but i carry 2 with me at all times since then. next time it does that try unplugging your maf and see if itll start right up. if not then your maf is cleared. there are some pretty good aftermarket modules out there but just remember to use the heat sink grease. hope that helps yah even the slightest man.
