Speed Density Codes 33 & 34

Car: 91 Z28 / 04 GTO
Engine: GMPP 350 TPI / LS1
Transmission: WC T5 / T56
Axle/Gears: 3.23 / 3.46
Speed Density Codes 33 & 34
To make a long story short I can't get these two codes to go away. Every thread I've searched has been MAF related and I'm looking for what to check next.
Things I've replaced/checked/verified
1. car has enough vacuum, about 20 at idle
2. MAP is working
3. No vacuum leaks
The codes come back immediately when I restart the car and the idle quality is terrible along with dead spot until over 2000 RPM. I just replaced the lower intake gaskets along with the plenum, runners and PCV. My timing is at 10 BDTC. 350 TPI SD retuned for 24# injectors, egr removed in the chip. Thanks in advance.
