Engine: currently building a 355
Transmission: unsure what it will end up with
Axle/Gears: 10 Bolt 2.73
305tpi/350tpi swap
I have a 305 tpi motor in an 88 iroc if i take out the 305 block and put the 350 from another vehicle in it will i have to swap out the computer as well so it runs with the tpi set up?

no it will run but not properly. You will need 22 lb/hr injectors, computer chip, 350 knock sensor, and esc module for it to run better, or burn your own chip if the motor is more then stock.
