The next issue to address fuel related
I replaced my vent valve for my fuel tank I blew in it to check to make sure is work and it did what it should do. I still get alot a pressure in my tank and it will leak from the top of the tank. I now run with my fuel cap loose but will leak at the fill neck if 3/4 tank or more. What would be my next step to figuring this out? If I pull the hose off the vent valve the tank will depressurize so that hose is not plugged.

I'm assuming you are talking about the pressure relief valve at the tank. That one is a high pressure relief valve. There is a second pressure relief valve by the Charcoal canister. It is designed to vent fumes from the tank once the tank exceeds 2psi. It sounds like that line is plugged/pinched/blocked in some way so that the tank is not properly vented. I had this happen on mine, and the tank would Puke gas right after filling it up, and there was a lot of pressure in the tank when I opened the cap.

That is good thing to know.Is that valve available at the part stores? And what did you use to unplug the line?

Don't know if the valve would be a parts store item. May be more of a dealer item, since it is such a low usage item. Pick and pull would also be a source. My line was pinched, so it just needed to be repaired. You can unhook the line from the tank to the charcoal canister and blow back through the line. If you can blow through it, it's working. Next, blow into the line going "Towards" the charcoal canister, through the check valve. The check valve is designed to open at 2 psi, so it should be an easy test to see if the valve is working.
