Help again Charcoal and new MAF now installed
Thank you for those who posted before. I have now gotten the car to idle more where it should but it is RICH.
I installed a new TPS sensor yesterday to drive the car home and a new or remanufactured MAF today. Running okay yesterday but not a good dile but it was still rich after new MAF today, then I heard a vacuum sucking from inside the car down by my feet. I found a small hose that was coming off the TPI off a "T" on the passenger side. I knew that wasn't right, so I pulled it out - some dumba$$ had this car before me. I just bought it almost a month ago....
I assumed this is the little hose that should plug into the unknown location off my charcoal canister?? Well I plugged it in there and seemed to idle better for all of 40 seconds then died.... Do I need to get it (if that is where it goes) plugged back in, diconnect/reconnect the battery to let computer lose old data and see where I stand? If this even where this little hose goes? I assume it does, since length is right, size is close and has to do with vacuum.
SECOND ISSUE: I still have't gotten any answer as to where the large medium size hose coming off thr TPI goes either. I will post it's pictures in the end of this thread.
Thank you all, this site has been so helpful as well as the people here.
Small hose not going anywhere off the canister. top middle of the picture, near the washer resivoir.

Close-up picture of where a hose should go

Small white hose that was producing air (in my hand)

Location of where small hose comes from - leading to the insd of the car producing air - seems as if it is pushing airm not pulling.
Big view of engine with white hose length.

SECOND ISSUES OF OTHER VACUUM HOSE - still don't know where this one goes.
