fuel regulator question

I can't find out where the line on the fuel reg goes any help please

Should go straight to one of the nibbles one the plenum right there by it. There are two of them on the back passenger side of the plenum. Might be under the distributor cover, mines off so it was easily accessable.

I wanna say its for HVAC. Might go to the vacuum canister? I cant remember for sure, I have mine capped right now for the time being while i put my car back together.
