Throttle Hesitating?

Car: 1984 Camaro Z28
Engine: 305
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.42
Throttle Hesitating?
I found a 1990 trans am with a 305 tpi for sale, when you hit 2000 rpm the car will heistate I am not sure what would cause this? If anyone can give me any suggestions before I buy the car and bring it to a shop that would be greatly appericated. I heard it might be a timing issue?
what has been replaced in last 6 months:
Fuel pump and filter
Clutch
Radiator
What has been replaced over the last couple weeks:
o2 sensor
Spark plugs/wires
Distributor
Msd coil
replaced 2 dead injectors with new, all others tested fine.
blocked off egr.
He also says: The hesitation only occurs when car is warm it bucks farely hard and starts at about 2000rpm
