Hi,

I did the resistance test on my injectors and at least one of them is bad. So I'm going to be ordering a set of replacements soon and want to make sure I take care of everything while I have it disassembled. Here's my current parts list:

- Injectors (Bosch III 19lbs)
- Adjustable Fuel Pressure regulator
- Felpro plenum gasket kit
- One replacement Injector connector and wire (plastic clip is broken)

Is there anything that I'm missing or should replace while I'm at it? This is the first time i've done something this complex with the engine.

Change the fuel filter first and run the engine before you disassemble. Might as well run any residual dirt through the old injectors instead of the new ones.

Make sure you lube the injector "O" rings when you reassemble. I think your parts list is complete, it's not really a very big job. Just go slow and dont force anything. If you have it right, the parts will fall together very nicely.

 

you will need a fuel rail O-ring kit.
