Pretty close to being done with my swap but not sure where I should set my fuel pressure at, my mods are the following.

Fully rebuilt 1987 L98 converted to Speed Density from a 91

Crane 2032 cam
TPIS Big Mouth Intake
Ported SLP Runner
Ported Plenum
AFPR
MSD Distributor and wires
Hooker 2055 headers and Y pipe
Walker high flow 3" cat
Magnaflow 3" catback

also fuel pressure is adjusted with vacuum line off, correct?

Yes with the line off and plugged. Set it to 43.5 psi and see how it runs. That is GM stock pressure for the 22lb injectors

With your mods, your car might want a little more pressure/fuel though. You can try raising it slightly ,a pound makes a difference you can tell, but i wouldn't go past 50 psi
