If you're running those injectors, then you BLMs will be pretty far off at various points in the matrix. Using this info your tuner can make adjustments to your fuel injector constant and your main fueling table to get your tune much closer.
Several of the dataloggers out there will collect this information for you.

Re: lookin for some injector info
Well yeah, but you need to be the one to gather that info.
22 lb/hr is the correct size for a 350 engine.
That means your fuel trims (BLMs) will be way off as the engine runs right now with the bigger injectors.
You use a datalogger plugged into your ALDL port and drive long enough to collect a good bit of BLM information (about 20 minutes), so that the Block Learn cells get populated with data, then you either report this back to Ed, or better yet send him a copy of your datalog.
If it's something else he needs like an injector flow map for your injectors, then you need to get that from the injector manufacturer.
It sounds like you may need to talk to him to confirm exactly what he wants.
Without the information he will only be able to get close on the tune, and your results may not be up to what you expect. I'm sure he doesn't want that to happen and is why he asked for more info.

Re: lookin for some injector info
Since you are confused with some of the terms I didn't want to leave you hanging. You can help yourself greatly by doing a little reading, using the search feature on this forum, and talking to Ed on the phone lastly when you are a bit more familiar with the terms he might use when talking to you.
Here's a good start:
http://wiki.3400z24.com/Block_Learn_Multiplier
http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/faq/BLMINT.html
Now, was there a particular reason you were going so big on the injector size?
The reason I ask is that big injectors often cause issues when trying to achieve a low idle speed. Your tuner may have to raise your idle speed and that may have an effect you don't want like excess fuel usage if this is a daily driver. You may also need to run a relatively low fuel pressure to reduce the fuel flow at low loads (high vacuum). It is generally desirable to run fuel pressure either at or higher than the factory setting.
There are a few other problems associated with running big injectors, but since you're having a tuner compensate, they will likely be taken care of.
If for some reason you either haven't or are unable to run the engine with the larger injectors to collect data with a datalogger, then about the best you can do is supply your tuner with a flow chart for your particular injector.
Now I haven't seen many people sharing flow charts on this forum, but it does happen a good bit over on LS1tech.com.
If you are unable to get a flow chart/map for your model injector from the manufacturer, then you might have some luck over on the other forum. There are several forums out there where this type of information is often used.
For particulars about collecting data with a datalogger you can do some reading in the DIYPROM section of this forum, and ask questions there when needed.
I hope this helps enough to get this resolved.
edit: I almost forgot there are a few companies (some sponsor this forum) like Southbay or Fuel Injector Connection that might have injector flow maps for the model you have and be willing to share with you. You could try that as well.
