What should Upgrade first? 87 tpi 350
I have an 87 Iroc-Z 5.7 with 700-r4 freshly rebuilt. 90% finished restoring, I am now thinking about performance upgrades. I was thinking in this order:
1. Moser Performance Rear End (My rear end leaks, and I will need a new one anyways after other upgrades)
2. Build Up my own 350 block how I want
3. Swap the 700r4 out and put a T-56 6 Speed Manual in
4. Turbo or super charge at this point.
any thoughts, personal experiences, advice would be greatly appreciated. I will post pics soon of my ride.

Well I dont have the money to do it all at once, which is why im planning on doing it step by step, but Ive done some looking around and I'm planning on something like this:
1. Moser Rear - max $3000
2. Engine Build - max $3500
3. Trans max $2500
4. Charging - Not sure what direction to go yet, hoping $5000 max

Anyone? should I put a single turbo, twin, or charger?
Will it be easy to build a TPI 350 up to about 400 or 450 hp or should i convert it to carb?

I would supercharge, not turbo. Just my opinion. And id keep the tpi, it would be pretty expensive to swap to a carb and you either would loose power or be pretty much at the same place as if you had kept the tpi setup. Just my opinion

Thanks for your thoughts man. I would like to stay tpi, I love the look of it and I want to show people what the tpi can do when you really let it breathe! I think supercharging would be easier, but it seems all the ridiculous camaros run twin turbos as fast as 8 sec 1/4mi. But I could probably install a supercharger myself. That would save $$$. Lots.
