TB Hose replacement? part #?

TB Hose replacement? part #?
I am looking to replace the molded hose that starts at the throttle body and leads to who knows where its pretty bad and it looks like it was jimmy rigged at some point with electrical tape in an attempt to fix it. Does anybody have a part number or know of a molded replacement i rather look for a molded one oppose to a generic piece of hose.
