Bad Injector

Can one bad injector keep your car from starting? i did a ohm test and all are at 18 but one is at 11....

If it is drawing enough, it'll make that bank's driver go goofy which could make the car not start. Although, mine was a dead short, (0 ohms), when it did it to me.

ok im in the middle of changing the injectors my take a week or so to get all done but i will write a reply on how it works out
