okay so i tested it with an analog volt meter and its confusing me..
when its just at idle, its reading just above the 5 but then as i open up to WOT, it smoothly goes down and stops at WOT right before the 2..have no idea how to read this so is this right?

 

i attatched the pic..it starts at the black dot and goes down to where the blue ends

 

oh and i am reading it from the + on the middle and the - on the bottom, as i read

 

There will be a dial on the voltmeter, set it to low volts so you can read it. You will need a scale that goes from 0-12 volts or 0-20 volts or some scale similar to that. At closed throttle, voltage should be .54v. At WOT, it should be over 4v.

 

ohh i thought i was measuring ohm's -____- my bad.. ill check it tomorrow..appreciate the help dude

 

turned out to be the MAF

 

nevermind..wasnt the MAF, its still doing it.......
