Too wide of a TPS range?

After doing an intake swap, I reset my TPS to about .51-.53. At WOT I throw a code for high TPS, and it's 4.86.

Before the swap, my datalogs show it was set at .49, and at WOT was 4.22. Why is there such a huge jump in the range of my TPS? Also, what is "bad" about having a TPS that high, and what should it be at WOT?
