5.7 TPI Injectors Not Getting Enough Voltage???
Here's the deal, I've replaced the fuel pump & relay, ignition coil & control module, pick up coil, & bypassed the VATS Pass Key System. I know I'm getting fuel up to the fuel rail, & I know I'm getting spark. I checked the voltage on the injectors & when i turn it over its only getting 2-3 volts. What would cause this & hoe do i fix it.

Car is running now, turns out the bypass had switches inside that had to be switched if the car didnt run. Running goosd now though.
