5.0 firebird tpi idle problems

I have a 1988 firebird tpi just got it running replaced cap rotor wires fuel pump filter and ignition coil. When I start it with the maf plugged in it will not idle when I take it off it idles somewhat but rough as expected could use some help with this if anyone has some input Injectors are allso good I checked them already 16.5 ohms sometimes it also revs high and doesn't idle with it off thanks
