Dead fuel pump or something else? In urgent need of help
Recently my car decided not to start, it just cranks. When turn the ignition to prime the pump, instead of priming for 3 seconds and stopping it tries to constantly prime and doesn't stop. There's also quite a loud audible hiss in the engine bay. Here's a video of the problems. I've tried replacing the fuel pump relay with no luck in fixing it. Anyone have an idea of what exactly is wrong?

Typically noise when the lines have air in them instead of being full of fuel

You could be right, my gauge says it's got a little but I haven''t been driving it, just turning it on occasionally and letting it idle while I do work on it, I'll fill her up with bit of gas and see what happens

I put more than enough in there, still no luck. the hiss in the engine bay/lines sound a little more bubbly like it's got a little more gas but not a huge difference. Could it be a clogged fuel filter?

I tried unplugging the ecm while it was priming and it stopped. is this a sign of a faulty ecm?
EDIT: there's definitely fuel getting to the engine, I left the key on while it primed and pressed the pin in the schrader valve and gas sprayed up
