injectors ohm good,But can they still be bad
I have 88 iroc 350 tpi runs rough wont idle hesitates when reving and poping in intake. I have my suspicion that it is in the injectors tested them and they all ohmed out good 16.8-17.0 so my question is can they ohm out good but still be bad? if that makes sense.

You need to do more checks. Popping out the intake could be a valve timing problem such as a worn cam or chain.

The only way I found it was during a pressure drop test. It wasn't passing the same amount of fuel as the other injectors.
The injector was new, three years old with only 29k miles on it.

Yes, injectors can fail even though they all ohm out fine. Problems occur depending on the condition of the injector itself. They could clog and leak.
Dirt can have an affect on the spray pattern and can cause them to flow out of spec which will affect your performance.
