Misfire/Car shaking TPI 305

Ok so I have owned my car for 2 years and this problem has been consistent the whole time I've had it. First off the idle does this....

It's very unsteady and sometimes if you shift into neutral I have to give it some gas because it gets very close to cutting out. (5-speed)

This is another video of the exhaust sound....

You can see its not steady, and no its not cammed all stock.

About 1000 miles ago I rebuilt the heads completely with all new gaskets on everything top end due to a head gasket leak but the problem still purists. I put in a new 02 sensor and the injectors are suppose to be new from the previous owner.

But the main reason I need to worry about it now is I was driving yesterday and the whole car was just shaking really bad when driving at a consistent speed like a bad misfire. I ended up leaving it somewhere over night afraid to drive it all the way home and got it the next day and it was better but still shakes and idles weird.

I feel as though there is some sensor that is bad that would cause this but I have no idea which one would. Any help/ideas would be great especially if you've experienced this. Thanks

Sweet is coolant. If you didn't mill the heads flat I bet you have the same issue in the same spot. You can tell where it is by reading the plugs, one will be spotless.

Yeah I had the heads fully machined, and made sure there was no warp on the contact surface.

Have you put a tester on each plug to make sure its firing consistently? Have you checked the the fuel pressure?

I had this same exact problem last week. The problem: loose distributor clamp hold down bolt.
