What to do with a code 22

I have an 1989 formual 350 with the tpi I just threw a new fuel filter in it and I between 900-1200 rpm it's missing and running like crap I got a code 22 and 42
So 22 is the throttle position senser I'd too low
And 42 is electronic spark timing (est) problem
What do I need to do to eleminate these to problems?

Start by adjusting the TPS to it's correct figure
There are many posts on here about how to do it for a particular engine
if it won't adjust you need a new TPS
