I usually host through photo bucket. Its easy. You can only attach so many pics to the board but with photo bucket you can post all the pictures you want

Ok well it all started when I bought my GTA for $1600 about 5 months ago when I went to look at it the I pull in the guy runs up and starts it I could hear a wineing sound thinking oh its the belt came to mind well everything sounded good so I paid cash got gas this thing ran like crap due to sitting for 3 years so I get gas then drive about 22 miles to do an oil change I wanted to do it before he started the car but to late there was maybe a quart in my poor 5.7 tpi
changed the oil ran great for about 5 hours then got rod knock pulled rebuilt it .40 over flat top pistons mild cam the shop doing the work said they put a 400 crank in but have no way to confirm it runs great now I can spin my 245/50/16s "just put new 255s on there yesterday" anyway I can smoke em threw my auto 700 r4 threw 3rd so my mods as of now a manifold back exhaust no cat into a cherry bomb pro series muffler sounds great stock intake set up with k&n round filter msd street fire coil New msd cap and rotor New plug wires with plugs 180 thermostat air foil coming I'm stuck on where to go now

Try using some of these........ to make your posts easyier to read.
If they 'put a 400 crank in there' they would have also changed the pistons and you would have a 383. This would also require some tuning of the ecm.
What are the specs for the mild cam? TPIs are picky about cams.
Did you get any recipts, or a list of what parts were actually used in the rebuild? How much did it cost?

Dataloging and the injector size tells a story as well.

Re: tpis flow booster tpi
If you believe all the seller claims out there there is 500p to be gained with $10 bolt-ons
As observed in the sticky at top of page
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/tpi/...-also-tps.html
The seller on the air foil is not lying , it does improve airflow as proven by tests
Stock TPI/LT1 48mm Throttle Body w/o airfoil -- 783.0 cfm
Stock TPI/LT1 48mm Throttle Body w/ airfoil -- 821.9 cfm
but if your TB is not a power restriction now , increased available airflow will not help it any ;
given a 350 ci engine @ 6K can only suck 600 cfm

Ok so will the air foil help with what I've got? And should I port the runners and stuff myself or have someone do it? And if anyone can post a do it yourself link for porting? Pics and step by step instructions would be amazing..

Porting the stock runners is pointless. There's isn't enough metal to make them any bigger. You need a set of SLP runners. Port them. Match the plenum and lower manifold to the runner port size. You can port at home. Just take your time

MAY not be exactly what you need. Read all descriptions very carefully and if you can't figure it out ask
looks like 317 bucks roughly

If you have a built stroker with a decent cam, yes you definatly could use sone ported slp runners, or a stealth ram for that matter.
You really need to find out what's inside that block.
