my buddy swapped a TPI motor into his 91 TBI car. used a speed density wiring harness, we can get it to run off starting fluid but injectors arent pulsing on either bank. i tried to connect my auto prom to the aldl but its not working and also cannot pull codes through the aldl so im thinkin that could be an issue? is there anything else you have to do to convert from TBI to TPI? fuel pump also isnt priming on key on, but it will if you jump the connecter that goes into the relay. for chip we are using a modded v6 prom and then i burned him a factory aujp tune to run on, as far as vats goes he put in a different vats module from a 91 and wired the key into the wires under the column.

 

If you didn't put a TPI fuel pump in, it won't pump enough pressure for the injectors even if it was working.

 

There is a tpi pump in there, i am getting about 47psi at the rails.
