No Injector Pulse

I have read a few threads on this issue here.

The car now ONLY runs when it feels like doing so.

1. Tried two ICMs.
2. Tried two remanufactured ECMs
3. Have 12v to black wires on both fuel injector banks and if I plug one injector in on a particular bank I have 12v on both wires to the injectors on the same bank. Is this right?
4. VATS has been bypassed and the "Security" light goes out.
5. Fuel Pressure is #43.

I was reading a post from vetteoz about the vats module permitting crank, but not allowing injector pulse.

Appreciate any ideas. This is just wearing me down. Thanks

Re: No Injector Pulse

Got a bad ECM from parts store. Swapped it out and all is well. GM Service Manual is worth every penny!
