Siamesed gasket

Siamesed and port matched aftermarket runners intake and plenum. Siamese is larger than the gasket that came with the runners. Do I have to make the gaskets or ...?

No, just use black gasket maker from the tube. I have siamesed my entire setup, and have been upwards of 8-psi on my current Tuned Port Injection turbo project and the gasket maker holds just fine, just apply a generous amount, and give it enough time to cure...

Apply an even bead, let it skin over a little, bolt things together. It won't leak.
