I need some advise on how I should go about bring my Z28 back to life. It has been sitting for almost 10 years. I turned the engine over at the flywheel so I know it isn't seized up. I really don't want to remove the fuel tank to clean it. I am not sure how much if any fuel was left in it. I had a relative store it for me.

You need to really get the old fuel out. You could disconnect the fuel line at the filter and turn the key on to pump it out, if it even will pump. Or you can siphon it out of the tank, disconnect fuel rail, remove fuel rail, and flush separate.
The entire fuel system needs to be emptied of all old fuel and flushed.
Not to chuckle or anything like that, but there sure has been a sudden increase on people bringing their 3rd gen cars out of storage that has been in there for 10, 15, 20
years???
I dunno....It's almost like..."HEY, I got a Camaro in storage I need to get running!"
