92 camaro z28 please help

hello fellow thirdgeners , i just bought a 92 z28 5.7 been sitting since 2006 in storage , does have new oem fuel pump, new reman southbay injectors, new fpr, cap&rotor, icm, new spark plugs and wires, new oem ecu, car starts up but idles/runs rough car shakes runs rich also seems like theirs no ignition cuz smells like raw gas ,i notice it does have a minor exhaust leak on passenger side manifold gasket, i hooked up a scanner yesterday and this what it shows, i never seen this before. this point im lost ive searched and couldnt find anything please help..thanks

Sitting for eight years.....
  1. You replaced a lot of stuff but there's no mention of draining and cleaning out all the old fuel in the tank.
  2. Is the CEL on?

Ya forgot to mention replaced fuel tank with a better one flushed out tank, old one had rust inside , also new sending unit ..no check engine as of now , but before i replace the ecu it did have a code 42 and 32 along with whats in the picture,no codes so far, ive driven 10 miles with new ecu installed , hooked up the scanner only thing that came up is whats posted in picture

might want to check your fuel pressure regulator as well. Sometimes the diaphragm tends to dry out and crack

UPDATE...hello everyone i found a broken valve spring on cylinder 4 exhaust side , where can i buy new oem valve springs ,should i avoid local parts store or should i buy performance springs for stock engine , recommendation with part # will be appreciated ..now my other question will broken valve spring cause the issue on the pic shown above?
