305 swap to 350
we have a 58 impala that had 305 tune port injection on a older 305, we took out the 305 and replaced with a stock 350 motor but i believe the heads are 72cc chambers. Motor runs great at an idle but wants to break up at acceleration like a miss. we did not change the ecm due to its not a factory one, some company called air soft tech. the injectors have been replaced to 26lb.

you will need an ECM tune to account for the larger displacement and the bigger injectors.

wish the car had a stock ecm, the car has some aftermarket system on it from the late 80s or early 90s going to have to replace entire system. the system is called air sensor technology its nice for a 305 but not the 350.

Just for curiosity, I googled air Sensor Tech and came up with an instruction manual. Maybe this can help? Looks like it was designed for a TBI system ( not TPI), although it should be able to be modified for use on a TPI.
