I have bench run my motor after the swap and I'm wondering if I went too big on the injector size. BoschIII 24LB/HR. I have the pressure set at 38psi and it starts and runs but seems over fueled. No tuning software yet, stock tune. Not much past a stock build. Since the vans are rated at 19lb/hr, did I over do it? I have a set of 19/lbs that were in use at the time. Should j just swap them over till I can tune?

Not sure if it can be seen

Re: 411 injector sizing

I'm running the bosch/svo 24# injectors in my 0411 conversion at 45# and it runs fine.

Re: 411 injector sizing

Different injectors have different data that the tune may need to operate them correctly. Motor will run abit rough until you get it tuned

Re: 411 injector sizing

Can't remember exactly, but I cranked my flow from 29 something to 32 something.
That was couple years ago, and I don't have computer with files on it right now.
I remember it was about 7%, and engine ran great with the 24#.

I think mines at 38 psi idling with boschIII 24/lb hr injectors. It idles and revs OK but seems doggish. Fully stock tune...
