Doesn't matter, they are all triggered simultaneously. Go by which plug in easily without stretching the wire.

That seems odd to me.Why would they all fire at the same time.One cylinder would be on intake another on exhaust another on compression and another on power.Wouldn`t it make sense for them to fire when the intake valve opens?

TPI has a batch fire system- All injectors fire at once.
I agree it may not be the most efficient set up but that's what it is.
Later injection systems (like on the LSx motors among others) are sequential, which fires each injector individually.

I firmly believe that these setups would benefit by coil per cylinder and sequential firing of the injectors.
If I had a fresh block and heads and intake to play with- I would definitely do that conversion
