hard to start and sluggish throttle.
Have a 87 iroc 350 bored 40 over,2032 cam, dart aluminum heads. Now I bump the fuel pressure up to 37psi running at idle with hose attac.unplugged it's 45.now I have the timing at 8degrees I'm probably will bump it to 10 and see what happens. But the car is hard to start, like ever time I spin the engine over it will hit and run maybe for a sec.then after a few trys it will start and run.Now it also has sucky throttle response I've set the tps to 54v still sucky. Now I think someone before me mess with the idle screw would messing with that cause a fault in the tps?

Re: hard to start and sluggish throttle.
I'd look for vacuum leaks and test those injectors just to start to rule things out. Is it running rich or lean is the next question...pull a few plugs and see what they look like.
