91 TPI fuel pressure

Ok I know its been discussed in many posts but what is the fuel pressure really supposed to be? A lot of people say its 47lb but 3 bar is 43ish psi. I am getting 42ish psi not running and 39lb running.

Edit from doing a few searches people say from all they down to 37psi is normal to 50psi is normal and I know that cant be true.

Re: 91 TPI fuel pressure

With the vacuum line disconnected or engine not running it should be 43.5. That is the factory setting.
