OK guys, I'm really close but need help with one more thing!
Almost done switching the car back to TPI and everyone here has been a great help! Thanks!
I have one connector left without a home. It is a single green wire and I believe, according to the wiring diagram, it goes to the EGR temperature diagnostic switch. It leads to about the same area the ERG solenoid, which I have one on the way thanks to classifieds on this board. Is this temp sensor incorporated into the EGR solenoid? According to a diagram in the service manual it looks to be located just forward of the EGR valve itself but I don't see any plug ins anywhere.
Anyone know where this thing is and what it looks like? Just like the EGR solenoid, it may be missing...
Thanks!

My memory may be off but I do remember the egr temp sensor being a singe pin weather pack connector green wire, it goes to the egr itself. Your egr has the sensor in it. http://chevythunder.com/fuel%20injec....%20pg%20B.htm Look at the first two pictures.

Damn! Looks like I have the wrong EGR valve too! The one on the manifold does not have any sensors on it..
I imagine I'm gonna need it or it's going to throw codes, right?

The computer will expect the reading from the temp sensor to tell it the egr is open. Without it, yep, expect to get a code.

I can't seem to find an EGR valve with that sensor port.?? All the places I have called only have the valve without it. Any ideas where I can find this correct EGR?
