TPI gaskets
TPI gaskets
So I installed new tpi gaskets for the runners. I have ran the engine maybe 20 mins or so. I had to take the intake off yesterday and noticed that the paper like part on the gaskets had rubbed off and was down to the metal looking part. What TPI gaskets would you guys recommend?
These are the ones I had on there.

Re: TPI gaskets
I have used a few different brands and I think that by far the Fel-Pro gaskets are the best. The plastic pins hold them in place very well during installation and they dont tend to rip apart when you pull the plenum and runners off, which means you can use them more than once, if you so choose.

Fel-pro are the only gaskets I use. I did have success with an eBay seller when I had my plenum off and it was handy since he was in the same state as me but he's closed his account
