What sort of problems will i run into with chevy 305 tuned port injection

 

Do you have a v belt setup or serpentine? with a v-belt set up you will just remove the compressor and take off the compressors belt but with a serpentine setup you will have to get a shorter serp belt. removing the EGR isn't really worth it, you'll have a constant check engine light, and you'll have a rough running engine unless its properly tuned out of the prom. your cylinders will run hotter as well. If it's a stock motor just leave the EGR alone.
