Will stock valve covers fit AFR 180cc heads?

Im installing some AFR 180 eliminator (0919) heads with some 1.6 comp roller rockers. Will I need new valve covers for clearance? I haven't installed the RR's yet. when I test fitted the covers (without gasket) the center bolts seemed to bottom out too soon. No big deal to shorten the bolts, but now I foresee other potential problems. Is there a way I can modify the stock valve covers if there is fitment issue?

Im sure someone has gone thru this issue before. Thanks for any info!

I have perimeter bolt valve covers and I use extra thick valve cover gaskets. For center bolt valve covers, extra thick gaskets may be available. Check Summit or Jegs.
