Vacuum lines

can you guys help me out and either draw or post a pic of a diagram of the Vac lines running to and from the EGR and Charcoal Can, i swapping from a 85 305 tpi to a 88 350 tpi and the new one requires a EGR sensor/valve, i have no idea where the lines come from or lead to and the ones from my Canister are all hacked up from the previous owner. any help would be great
