need a big favor - a voltage measurement

If someone has access to their ECM, maybe they can please take a quick measurement for me?

The purple wire with white stripe is the EST high reference. I'm getting ~1V on mine with respect to ground (with engine running), whereas the manual says it should be 2.3V.

Two different ignition control modules produced near identical measurements.

Wondering if someone could please measure theirs and let me know what that value is?

On a 7730 ECM it's at pin D8. Not sure about other ECM's, but pretty sure the purple/white color is the same.

Thanks in advance!!

I am getting .32/.34 continuous, starts at .42, I think its supposed to be 5V, so maybe my motor isn't cranking fast enough.
