Has not run in 3 years, now she runs, kinda.

91 Trans Am 305 TPI

Previous owner lost keys, had keys made, would not engage starter, gave up and parked it outside.
3 years later (right now), I purchased.
Key was good, chip was not. I bought a VATS bypass kit and fixed that.
Motor now cranking good but no start.
Discovered no gas flow. Sending unit and pump were toast. The tank is not pretty but nothing floating around. About 4 gallons of old gas. So I put in new pump and sending unit, new fuel filter, 3 gallons new gas, bottle of fuel stabilizer, and 8 ounces of Seafoam.
First start attempt, fired up almost right away. Ran great (all fluids changed), idle and oil pressure good but SES on.
After about 8 minutes and temp about 130, tach goes up and now idles at about 1400 RPM and SES goes off.
Now at this point and beyond, if I shut down and try restart, it just cranks and cranks but no start. Starter good, cranks fast. But before this point, SES on and temp below 130, she restarts just fine.
What should I look for?

Pull the code and see what the SES light is. Have you checked to see if the timing slipped? Plug wires cracked?

You're right, I need to pull the code.
Wires and timing seem to be all good.

I would also make sure you are getting both spark and fuel. That will narrow down your problems.

Ya. Make sure injectors not clogged after you ensure good spark. Sounds like timing and all else is good since it ran for a while.

I got code 15. Coolant temperature sensor. So I checked it. It was unplugged. Plugged it back in. Now she doesn't rev up after 8 minutes of idling and when I turn it off, she restarts. Problem fixed.

Awesome! I just recently replaced a CTS sensor on my Typhoon. Makes a world of difference. If you run your hand down the vacuum lines and they turn black, It would be a good idea to replace your vacuum lines before they start causing issues.
